What is group training?

Group training consists of small groups of three to 15 people who receive specialized and focused training. Its greatest attraction, apart from localized care, is specialized personal training, albeit in a group environment. The fact is that group training is less expensive than a personal trainer. Small-group training offers the perfect combination of individual training and group fitness classes.

It's usually inexpensive, groups are 2 to 10 people, are generally circuit-style workouts to improve strength and fitness, and are designed and taught as certified personal trainers. Typically, coaches will demonstrate the exercises in the program and then observe each student for form and alignment while motivating them to overcome their comfort zone. They can modify exercise to decrease or increase intensity, depending on the level of physical fitness. Small group training, although it should remain fun and engaging, but focused on the progress of improving strength and overall conditioning.
